On behalf of a major Czech real estate investor, we are seeking apartment buildings and residential investment properties in prime locations across Prague. The properties are intended for long-term investment and portfolio ownership, rather than the subsequent sale of individual units.

The investor has capital available for acquisitions and is prepared to consider attractive investment opportunities without a predefined purchase price limit.

What Types of Properties Are We Looking For?

Location: Our preferred areas are Prague 1, 2, 3 and 6, although we are also open to other attractive locations in and around central Prague.

Property Type: Apartment buildings and residential investment properties, preferably historic buildings with architectural character and strong long-term appreciation potential.

Property Condition: Any condition will be considered. We are interested in both fully renovated, income-generating properties and buildings requiring refurbishment or further development.

Purchase Price: No fixed budget limit. The key criteria are property quality, location, financial returns and long-term investment potential.

Investment Strategy: Long-term ownership and asset management, with a focus on stable rental income and capital appreciation.
