On behalf of a major international investor with an existing portfolio of properties in Prague, we are seeking apartment buildings and residential investment properties in prime locations across the wider city centre. Our primary focus is on properties offering strong potential for long-term capital appreciation, stable rental income or further value enhancement through renovation.

The investor has extensive experience in the Prague real estate market and is looking to expand their existing property portfolio. We are interested in both fully tenanted apartment buildings and vacant properties suitable for renovation. Neither the property's technical condition nor its current occupancy status is a deciding factor.

What Types of Properties Are We Looking For?

Location: The wider centre of Prague, particularly attractive residential neighbourhoods with excellent transport accessibility and strong long-term investment potential.

Property Type: Apartment buildings and residential investment properties, including historic buildings, properties requiring renovation and income-generating buildings with existing tenants.

Occupancy: Any occupancy status will be considered. We are interested in fully tenanted properties with existing lease agreements, partially occupied buildings and completely vacant properties.

Property Condition: Any condition will be considered, including fully renovated and well-maintained buildings as well as properties requiring partial or complete refurbishment.

Purchase Price: Up to CZK 120,000 per m² of lettable floor area, with a maximum total acquisition price of CZK 400 million per property.

Investment Strategy: Long-term property ownership focused on generating stable rental income and capital appreciation, with potential renovations aimed at increasing rental yields and overall property value.
