Horoměřice

On the land in Horoměřice, a building permit was issued for a nursing home, however, the intention of the Slovak buyer we represented was to change the project to a residential development. In the end, thanks to the seller's excellent connections, this was achieved in a relatively short time, and the deal was thus able to take place. It was a transfer of business shares. According to the new project, 3 blocks (A, B, C) of apartment buildings will be created with a total of 234 residential units.
