Residence Trojská I
Residence Trojská I – A Smart Blend of Architecture and Place
The Residence Trojská I project seamlessly integrates with the character of the surrounding development in this quiet part of Prague. The area consists mainly of low-rise buildings, which is why we chose the concept of three separate buildings (A, B, C) of varying heights. These buildings are loosely connected and follow the natural terrain. They are linked only underground, where garages, technical facilities, and storage rooms are located.
Urban Design Concept
The buildings are designed to naturally blend into their surroundings – both in height and mass. The sloping terrain influenced the volume composition – the buildings ascend gradually, following the slope, adding dynamism and lightness to the project. The architecture is visually softened by recessed upper floors, helping the structures fit into the neighborhood and maintain a human scale.
Quality Living Environment
A semi-private courtyard with mature trees and benches will be created between the buildings – a space for relaxation and community life. All entrances and balconies face this tranquil shared courtyard, which will be accessible only to the residents.
Apartment Layouts
Great emphasis was placed on natural lighting – every apartment is situated on a corner and benefits from at least two cardinal orientations.
-
Ground-floor units come with private gardens.
-
The middle floors house smaller apartments – studios (1-bedroom) and one-bedroom with kitchenette (2-bedroom).
-
The top floors feature spacious 3-bedroom units with large terraces and views.
Each apartment includes a balcony, loggia, or terrace – a private outdoor space is thus a standard feature.
Accessibility and Parking
The project offers 36 parking spaces in underground garages. Building entrances are easily accessible from both sides of the plot.
