This was the sale of a newly renovated and fully occupied administrative building in the center of Prague - connecting Hybernská and V Celnici streets. The main tenant is the Dentons law firm, and premises are also being prepared here for the largest pub in Prague. After long negotiations, the property was bought by the insurance group Generali, the seller was the Czech developer group SEBRE.
