The occupancy rate of the complex in the current year is 75%, the raiting on booking.com is 8.1, on spa.cz 90%, on firmy.cz 100%, on facebook 4.8 out of 5, on the official website 9.4 out of 10, in 2020 the hotel was awarded the "Hotel of the year of the Ústí region". The hotel is announced as a place for weddings, in a normal year about 50 weddings are organized per season. Even during the covid, the occupancy rate remained well above the average occupancy rate of hotels in the country. The owner is selling the hotel for family reasons.
