On behalf of an established Czech company specializing in short-term accommodation, we are seeking apartment buildings and residential investment properties in attractive locations across Prague. Our primary focus is on properties in Prague 3 and Prague 10 that offer excellent public transport accessibility and strong potential for short-term accommodation operations.

We are interested in both vacant properties suitable for renovation and occupied buildings with existing rental agreements. The property's technical condition is not a deciding factor. Key investment criteria include location, proximity to public transport and potential for future use.

What Types of Properties Are We Looking For?

Location: Prague 3 and Prague 10, ideally within immediate walking distance of a metro station or tram stop.

Property Type: Apartment buildings and residential investment properties, including buildings requiring renovation and income-generating properties with existing tenants.

Occupancy: Any occupancy status will be considered. We are interested in fully vacant, partially occupied and fully tenanted properties.

Property Condition: Any condition will be considered, including fully renovated buildings and properties requiring partial or complete refurbishment.

Investment Volume: Up to CZK 150 million.
