At Porta Invest, we are thrilled to share some exciting news with you. Our latest, meticulously designed project, Rezidence K Botiči, has been officially entered into the prestigious “Real Estate Project of the Year” competition.

Every year, this competition showcases the best of the Czech residential market, and we are proud to be entering another one of our projects into this competition for the favor of both the expert jury and the general public.

The K Botiči Residence is a modern apartment building in the heart of Prague’s Vršovice district. In designing it, we focused on ensuring that the building would not only feature timeless architecture that tastefully complements the existing urban landscape, but above all, provide exceptional comfort for its residents.

Vršovice is a vibrant neighborhood with a full range of amenities, excellent access to the city center, and a touch of nature right by the Botič Stream, where our apartment building will be located.

The project combines the most advanced technological standards

Ceiling heating and cooling—a technology that ensures maximum thermal comfort year-round without unpleasant drafts or radiators that take up space in living areas. A modern gas boiler room combined with four heat pumps, resulting in very low operating costs. A car elevator for maximum convenience when accessing the various levels of the underground garage.
