Porta Invest brokered the sale of an apartment building on Na Březince Street in Prague 5. The property was sold with a building permit for extensive renovation and further development of the building.

The seller was a foreign owner; the buyer was the Czech development company TAF Estate, which plans to convert the building into a premium residential project.

The project calls for a complete renovation of the residential units, the installation of a new elevator, and the creation of new attic apartments. The result will be the modernization of the entire building while preserving its residential character and attractive location in the greater center of Prague.

The transaction was executed on behalf of Porta Invest by Ing. Michal Horňák.
