Both buildings were constructed at the end of the 19th century and boast a rich history—from their inception to the present day, they have continuously served as medical facilities. The transaction was highly specific for us due to its ownership structure. The properties were owned within a limited partnership by approximately 40 limited partners who acquired them through restitution, with the majority of them operating their own medical practices directly within the buildings.

We are pleased that the new owner is the Czech real estate investment group FIDUROCK, which specializes in residential and commercial real estate. Their investment philosophy is based on revitalizing historical buildings and building portfolios with long-term value growth. Under the management of the FIDUROCK group, the buildings will undergo extensive revitalization. The goal of the upcoming reconstruction is to expand the existing structures and create a unique functional mix that will combine modern residential apartments while preserving tradition in the form of new medical facilities.
