Manufacturing complex 17 000 m²

We have completed a significant sale and leaseback transaction in Klášterec nad Ohří.

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the sale of a large production facility in Klášterec nad Ohří. The transaction, covering a total area of approximately 17,000 m², took the form of a sale and leaseback, ensuring continuity of operations at the site.

Transaction process The original owner of the property was the renowned German company BOS Automotive CZ, which decided to strategically sell its production facilities while remaining on the premises as a long-term tenant. We collaborated on the transaction with the real estate consulting company CBRE.

Our team's role A group of Czech entrepreneurs became the new owners of the complex. Our colleague Tomáš Svoreň (Investment Advisor & Broker) exclusively represented them in this acquisition. His task was to ensure the safe execution of the investment and to negotiate terms that would be advantageous for the new owner while maintaining stability for the tenant.

This transaction confirms the growing interest of Czech investors in high-quality industrial properties with creditworthy tenants.
