We purchased an office building in Prague's Vršovice in 2017 as a long-term investment with the potential for possible future development. It represents another of our own time-tested investments. The proof is a very good technical condition and current full occupancy by stable tenants from among smaller companies. Here they successfully develop their business and create new creative concepts. We even rent part of the space to a young artist as a music rehearsal room.
