Residence Trojská II
Trojská Residence II is designed to harmoniously integrate into the surrounding development of this quiet and green part of Prague. It is a modern residential complex composed of several smaller buildings that reflect the size and shape of the neighboring houses.
Each of these buildings features two main above-ground floors, one partially recessed upper floor, and a residential basement, which corresponds with the typical architectural solutions found in this area. The structure takes advantage of the natural slope of the land and, thanks to its terraced layout, smoothly follows the terrain.
The project also includes two underground levels that will serve for parking and technical facilities.
Materials and Execution
The entire structure is designed as a solid reinforced concrete monolith, enhanced by carefully selected high-quality surface materials:
-
The lower sections of the building and retaining walls will be clad in split stone made from Czech granite
-
The façades of the residential areas will be finished with finely textured plaster in an elegant shade
-
The windows will be made of oak wood with a clear protective lacquer
-
Balcony and loggia railings will be made of lacquered steel with infill from fine steel mesh
Greenery and Environment
The integration of greenery plays a key role in the project. The maximum possible area of the site will be covered with grass, complemented by climbing plants on the retaining walls, creating a pleasant and natural environment for future residents and their neighbors alike.
