Project of an apartment building with its own underground parking in the centre of Mělník.

There are all civic amenities in the area and the castle and the view of the confluence of the Elbe and Vltava rivers are within walking distance. The P+R metro station Letňany is about 30 minutes by car. There is currently an empty three-storey building on the plot. The upcoming project envisages the reconstruction and extension of the existing building and the construction of a new building with underground parking capacity.

Obtaining a building permit is already in process. Comments from the authorities concerned are available. The sale may be conditional upon obtaining a building permit, expected to be issued in 4Q 2025.

The subject of the sale is the property. The asking price is 35 000 000 CZK + 4% commission of the real estate agency + VAT.
